A personal AI operating system: a fleet of agents that runs my day, my vault and my machines' upkeep — on local models.

  • 15 agents (Node/PM2) running on local LLMs via LM Studio, with cloud fallback.
  • A Director agent that checks in on launch, reports progress and runs jobs on request.
  • Electron desktop app with a Three.js AI core and a 3D knowledge graph of an Obsidian vault.

Field teams were documenting CE-numbered jobs across phones and folders. Now it's one offline app.

  • Increased production throughput 3× through machining-time and workflow optimisation.
  • Operate and maintain router and laser cutter, producing components to 0.1 mm tolerances; optimised VCarve Pro toolpaths; expanded into laser cutting, CAD and product design.
